How to deal with Stress

This blog is gonna be about 5 ways to deal with stress. Yes I do realize a lot of people get stressed even I do. but thats life and no one ever said life would be easy. But you need to know how to deal with your stress so here are 5 easy steps on how to deal with stress.

1. Talk to someone you trust. This could be a friend, realtive, parents, siblings, teachers etc. Whenever your stressed and you need someone to talk to go talk to one of these people. Whenever I get stress I usually talk to my teachers and my parents and I find this to be very helpful for me.

2. Manage your time. This is a huge step Im in college and college gives out a lot of home work so I always balance my time by doing ym homework first and then have fun. this really helps me if you are a procrastinator this will not help at all cause then more and more homework will be piling up on you and youll get more stressed.

3. Keep a stress diary. This will really help whenever you are stressed write down yoour feelings get them out. Once you write it down on a sheet of paper or in a diary you will see that this will really help you

4. try relaxtaion techniques. Mine for example is listening to music cause I am a music lover but it varies on different people. A few years ago in summer school referring back to my junior year the teachers always had us put our heads down close our eyes breathe in and out slowly and they put on relaxing music boy did that really help me that whenever I get stressed I do that at home.

5. Hangout with friends. This helps me in my opinion cause whenever your stress friends are the ones you want to be with your haviong a great time with them it gets things off your mind this could really help.

If you try these techniques you will see that they will help you and hopefully you wont be as stressed these techniques really help me so the next time your feeling stressed try one of these and hopefully they will help you just like they help me I will try posting another blog tomorrow if I have time meantime try not to be stressed.

How to Stay Positive

This Post is gonna be about ways to stay Positive.

1. If you are feeling overwhelmed one way to stay positive is to listen to music. That always relaxes me. Im in college now and I get a lot of work. Its not easy but whenever Im feeling overwhelmed and think I cant do it I just say to myself yes I could do it and I listen to relaxing music which does help me a lot.

2. Another way to stay positive is think about a topic or a hobbie you like a lot. One of my hobbies that helps me think positive is hanging out with friends. The reason why this helps me is whenever I feel down or mad I know I have good friends that I could always count on.

3. Another way to stay positive is try drawing a picture or something. Whenever something negative takes over my mind I try to get it out by drawing and it helps me think positive this could really help.

4. Another technique to stay positivie is family time. Again drawing in with the friends thing this is also helpful to me alot because whenever Im feeling stressed and all I know I have my family to count on and thats one Positive thing I need in my life for sure.

5. One last way to stay positive. Is try thinking about a relaxing place you want to visit. For me this has always been Positive. Whenerver I get stressed all I think about is visiting Hawaii. I have always wanted to go there that helps me a lot to because Its a nice positive and relaxing place to go.

If you try some of these techniques I garantee youll have the most positive life ever.

Ways to not be Influenced by others

My first blog is going to be about ways to not let other people influence you in a bad way. A lot of the times people just get put into peer pressure and think to themselves well some of my friends are doing this should I be doing this. Well here are 5 easy steps of how not to let other people influence you.

1. Say no to an idea and state why for example if they are doing something bad and try to get you involved tell them its not a good idea that they could get in trouble for what they are doing.

2. Come up with an alternative idea like going to see a movie or something or going out to dinner and invite some of your friends along that have the same positive influence that you do.

3. “Start going in the alternative course of action and leave the door open for the other person to follow, i.e “I’m going to the movies right now, are you coming with me?” Get out of the room and leave the door open for the other person to follow”.

4. “Show them that you don’t want to and that real friends don’t pressure you to do stuff, i.e “I said no. Real friends don’t pressure their friends to do things that they don’t want to do.”

5. if your friend is trying to do something bad before they even influence you try to take their midn off whatever thier trying to do and change the subject and talk about what you both are interested in try to find something you both have in common

If you follow all these steps you will not get influenced in a negative way.
